
Dr. Allan A. Anderson is a board-certified geriatric psychiatrist and nationally recognized expert in neurocognitive disorders including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
Based in Tucson, Arizona, he has extensive experience in clinical care, medical leadership, research, and education, including leadership roles at Banner Alzheimer’s Institute in Tucson. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
Dr. Anderson earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School and a Master of Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He has contributed to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease research through clinical trials and collaborative research programs, while also advancing innovative models of memory care for patients and families.
